The summer 2019 issue of Safari Trails

Look for it soon!

You will certainly enjoy reading the article about “Kevlar cop” and be sure to look for a new feature called “Remember when.”
An email notice will let you know when your issue arrives – some time between June 26 and July 1, so be sure to look for it.
As most of you know, effective this issue, our club magazine will be sent out only by email.  An explanation can be found in the “Notes from the Editor” column.

Safari International has recently received permission to use the Safari Motor Coach lion logo from REV Recreation Group, owner of the Safari brand.  We thought now would be a great time to update our ability to order embroidered items and have partnered with the company LogoKick to do just that.  Read more about it by clicking HERE.

I have an invitation for all of you who enjoy our rallies or take advantage of coach, travel and club information in our quarterly magazine Safari Trails and on this website.  I invite you to think about taking an active part in your club.

It is an often stated truth that there is never a job left undone at a rally because Safari members will always volunteer.

The same cannot be said for serving the Club as a member of the Executive Board.

Safari International is one of the largest chapters of the Family Motor Coach Association (FMCA).  We are an international motorhome club with members located throughout the United States and Canada. The club is divided into seven regions:  the Northeast, Southeast, North Central, South Central, Northwest, Southwest, and West Regions.  Membership is open to all current and former owners of Safari brand motorcoaches who are also members of FMCA.

Regional rallies are held at least one a year and are open to all members. Rallies provide opportunities to meet new friends and to network with other Safari owners to exchange ideas and share maintenance and repair tips. Good food, smiles and much laughter are the result when friends, new and old, gather at a Safari rally.  For those who own classic Safari coaches, many of whom are second owners, the chance to talk to longtime owners is a priceless opportunity to learn about their coaches.

To learn more about becoming a member of Safari International click here. You'll have an opportunity to join rallies, visit all sections of the website, subscribe to our award winning Safari Trails newsletter and, of course, be part of many friendships that span the United States and Canada.
